Refund Policy

During public beta, ongoing Pro access is handled through Patreon membership. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed by Patreon according to its policies.

If membership is canceled, refunded, or becomes inactive, Pro access may return to Free mode after an entitlement refresh. The core Free flow remains available.

Refund eligibility and processing are decided by Patreon under its own policies. CouchMode cannot override Patreon's billing or refund decisions.
